The Problem
There is an increasing trend of students seeking places like cafes to study, accompanied by a rise in remote working arrangements brought about by COVID-19. However this is currently no easy way to locate F&B places that allow studying and have the appropriate amenities.
Hence our solution aims to:
Help students and working adults easily and quickly find appropriate remote study/working points with required facilities they need
Help resolve pain points felt while studying at these establishments
Target Users
Our target users are students and working adults that currently or potentially would complete their work at F&B establishments.We have conducted user research on these target users to gain a better understanding of their needs and preferences
Research was conducted via online questionnaires as well as physical interviews
Most survey participants often complete their work at F&B establishments
These participants mostly looked for these places through word of mouth
They cited that the most important feature of these places would be that they can be found nearby
Affinity Diagram
We used affinity diagrams to organise the qualitative data obtained from the interviews, which lead us to deeper insights on user needs and wants
